Светить всегда, светить везде

Прошло 11 лет со дня страшной трагедии, ужаснувшей весь мир - аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС. На ликвидацию ее последствий были брошены лучшие силы - техника и люди. Среди них находились и воздухоплаватели. Привязные аэростаты с помощью специально разработанной конструкции обеспечивали надежное освещение места работы в темное время суток.

"To shine always, to shine everywhere"
Eleven years have passed since the day of the terrible tragedy horrified all the world - accident on the Chernobyl atomic electric power station. The best forces: technique and people were sent for a liquidation of consequences of the accident. There were balloonists among these people. With help of a special worked out construction tethered balloons provided a safe lighting of a place of work in the dark time.
